The theatre company Coïncidences Vocales presents In the Footsteps of Leonardo da Vinci, a musical show for all audiences blending theatre, original songs, live music and immersive scenography.
The story begins during a visit to the Louvre Museum. Lisa, a young visual artist, settles in to draw the Mona Lisa… who suddenly begins to speak. She offers Lisa and her brother Leo an incredible journey through time. Transported 500 years into the past, they find themselves at the heart of the Italian Renaissance, in Leonardo da Vinci’s very own workshop. There, surrounded by his machines, his notebooks, and his inventions, including his studies on human flight, they discover the polymath genius of the artist: painter, sculptor, inventor, scientist, and visionary humanist.
Beyond mere historical reconstruction, the show invites young audiences to understand that curiosity is the key to knowledge, that dreams fuel creativity, and that the legacy of the past nourishes our present.
