Disputes

In the event of a dispute between the trader and the consumer, both parties shall endeavour to find an amicable solution. If no amicable settlement can be reached, the consumer may, free of charge, refer the matter to the consumer ombudsman with jurisdiction over the trader, namely the European Ombudsman Association (AME CONSO), within one year of a written complaint being sent to the trader.
