The castle and the park are open all year round (except on 25th December and 1st January).

January: 10.00 am to 6.00 pm
February - June: 9.00 am to 7.00 pm
1st, 9th, 10th, 11th: 9.00 am to 8.00pm

September - October: 9.00 am to 7.00 pm

Yes, we love dogs too!
Dogs must be carried whilst inside the buildings and kept on a lead in the grounds.

Which areas of the site are accessible to people with disabilities?
The ground floor and basement of the Château and the entire park.
A wheelchair can be loaned for your visit: please present a piece of ID at the entrance.

Can I bring a pushchair for my child?

In the castle, we ask visitors to use a baby carrier to keep the flow of visitors moving.
In the park, you can use a pushchair or a baby carrier, the choice is yours !


Where can I park my car/coach/bike?
- Our car park is located 300 metres from the site entrance (one disabled parking space is available next to the site)
- A free coach park is provided
- A bicycle garage is available opposite the ticket office


Which ticket office should I go to?

Whether you already have your tickets or not, please make your way either to the main ticket office at 2 Rue du Clos Lucé (open all year) or the secondary ticket office, opposite the car parks (open April to August, from 9 am to 7 pm depending on visitor numbers).
